Active Home is a new generation of autonomous houses created by MTB Modules together with leading energy and AI experts from Norway and Poland.
The system connects the heat pump, photovoltaics, energy storage and ventilation into one intelligent “brain” that learns your daily rhythm, monitors weather forecasts and optimises energy use for you.
More than a smart home.
Unlike traditional smart home gadgets, Active Home focuses on what matters most: stable comfort and lower energy bills. The house can decide when to heat the floor, when to store energy in the battery and when to sell surplus electricity back to the grid at the best available rate.
Soon available in MTB models.
Active Home will be offered as an option in selected MTB modules (from approx. 50 to 174 m²). Each Active Home can be purchased with financing solutions provided by our dedicated team in Warsaw.
