We would like to introduce to you a modern mobile home, year-round, with a construction area of 57m2. It is a fully mobile unit based on a solid steel frame, which, combined with Scandinavian structural wood and our patented technology, enters a new direction of construction.
For the construction of our houses we use ONLY and ONLY top-shelf materials – all 1st grade

Description
MTB MOBILE HOME XL is a model with a total area of 57 m²
IT OFFERS THE HIGHEST STANDARD WITH ITS EXTRAORDINARY FUNCTIONALITY
The height of the house is as high as 3.6 meters, so we get the optimal height of the rooms. It allows comfortable use of the house, it is ideal and not overwhelming.
The total width and length is 4.3/13.3 m.
Thanks to the thoughtful use of space, we get room for a comfortable bathroom, two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a practical vestibule.
The model is equipped with a front door of ergonomic width of 90 cm. They ensure comfortable use. They are made of high-quality material. They are heavy and quiet.
A large balcony window, for almost the entire wall, arouses great admiration. Triple-glazed, PVC with a height of 232 cm and a width of 200 cm.The construction of the house is based on branded Scandinavian C24 certified wood and SIP panels as elements of exterior walls, partitions, floor and ceiling.
The facade of the house is made partly of Karo sheet metal in RAL 7016 – anthracite matte – of the Budmat brand, and partly of facade wood – spruce (moisture content 18%).
Accuracy of the product in factory conditions, supervision of quality control at each stage of production, qualified staff at every level and short lead times distinguish our offer from the wide competition.
The set composed of materials from reputable companies such as Budmat, Swiss Krono, MTB Modules, Veka, Marcopol.
At the moment, the lead time of the order, is up to 16 weeks from the date of signing the contract. Payment has been divided into three stages: 40% of the order value up to three days from the signing of the contract, 20% during the execution of the order, and the remaining 40% in the period up to three days before the departure of transport from our warehouse or own collection.
Transport
You don’t have to worry about transportation. We will comprehensively take care of the delivery of your order from our factory, all the way to your designated any location in the world.
If you buy more models, we calculate the required cargo space individually, taking into account one or more delivery addresses.
We handle the customs process, and we do not charge any fees for this.
Documentation matters before and during transport are organized with the help and involvement of our logistics department.
It doesn’t matter whether it is sea or road transport, our logistics department will take care of all procedures.
The cost of transportation is calculated individually for each order.
We include all material certificates, from transport pallets to the smallest detail of the set, in the order file.
- Unloading of goods.
This is a stage usually performed by the customer. The unloading date is usually known a few days before, so you can prepare for it.
