A modern modular terraced house MTB ROW HOUSE. The structure is based on a solid steel skeleton, which in combination with the Scandinavian C24 construction timber and our patented technology enters a new direction of construction.

General information
The house is delivered in a developer standard, to its own finish and arrangement.
The foundation plate is not included in the order. In the case of our technologies, no foundation plate is required, but only the feet on which the module will be placed. This significantly reduces the cost of earthworks.

Description
MTB ROW HOUSE is a model with a total area of 53 m²
It offers the highest standard with its extraordinary functionality
The height of the module is 3.13 m. It allows for comfortable use of the house, it is perfect and does not overwhelm.
The total width and length is 4.2 m / 12.83 m (for the ground floor) and 15.3 m (for the first floor).The balcony is an additional option. Made of a steel frame integrated with the rest of the structure. Adopted surface pressure of 500 kg / m2.
It is most often sold in two storeys. The lower module provides easy access to the terrace through large balcony doors, and the upper one is decorated with a balcony with an additional area of 6.5 m2.
By combining two modules, we can get a large 106 m2 apartment, or divide it into two separate apartments.
We use 8 cm wide expansion gaps between all modules. They have a very positive effect on acoustics.
All connections to the apartment are made in one specific place.

The accuracy of the product in factory conditions, quality control supervision at every stage of production, qualified staff at all levels and short time of order fulfillment distinguish our offer from the wide competition.
Our time spent in the factory on the prefabrication process significantly reduces the scope of work that must be performed during the conventional method of building houses by more than 70% and significantly reduces the cost of building a house, even by 65%.
The set consists of materials from renowned companies such as: Budmat, Swiss Krono, MTB Modules, Veka, Marcopol.
At the moment, the duration of one module is approximately three months from the date of signing the contract. We start the execution of the order with a deposit of 40% of the contract value. The payment of the rest of the amount in the amount of 60% of the order value takes place within three days prior to the transport from our warehouse or personal collection.
Transport

- You don’t have to worry about transportation. We will comprehensively take care of the delivery of the order from our factory, to any location in the world indicated by you.
- If you purchase more models, we calculate the required cargo space individually, taking into account one or more delivery addresses.
- We deal with the customs process, we do not charge any fees for it.
- Matters related to documentation before and during transport are organized with the help and involvement of our logistics department.
- Regardless of whether it is sea or road transport, our logistics department will take care of all the procedures.
- The cost of transport is calculated individually for each order.
We attach all material certificates, from transport pallets to the smallest detail of the set, to the order file.

No Harmful Chemicals
The components used to make SIPs (foam, oriented strand board, and adhesive) meet some of the most stringent standards for indoor air quality. EPS foam uses pentane, a non-CFC blowing agent that dissipates shortly after projection. The foam cores have no off-gassing.
SIP walls can bear considerable vertical and horizontal loads with reduced internal studding. The load carried by the SIP is transferred to ground by the OSB skins, held in position by the fully bonded insulation core.
The sound resistance of a SIP wall depends on the thickness of the gypsum drywall applied, the exterior finish applied, and the thickness of the insulating foam core that is used. SIPs are especially effective at blocking high frequency noise, and most homeowners notice the quiet comfort of a SIP home.
