Description

MTB ONE WHITE EPS is a model with a total area of 35 m²

IT OFFERS THE HIGHEST STANDARD WITH ITS EXTRAORDINARY FUNCTIONALITY

  • The height at the ridge is as much as 4.92 m, so on the ground floor we get an optimal height of 250 cm. It allows for comfortable use of the house, is ideal and not overwhelming.
  • The width and overall length is 4.94m/6.91m.
  • Thanks to a well-thought-out arrangement of this area, we gain space for a comfortable bathroom, illuminated by a 122 cm high x 62 cm wide window. The window is triple-glazed, PVC, with the possibility of opening and tilting. The outside colour is anthracite, the inside white. The window is installed with a tape.
  • The heart of the house is a spacious living room, eventually with a kitchenette and a vestibule. The model is equipped with an entrance door, anti-burglar, of ergonomic width 90 cm. They ensure comfortable use. Made of high class material. They are heavy and quiet.
  • Large, for almost the entire wall, balcony windows are a great delight in our models. Triple-glazed, PVC with a height of 240 cm and width of 250 cm. One part is fixed, the other can be opened up to a width of 80 cm and tilted. Also mounted on the expanding tape.
  • The atmospheric mezzanine floor accounts for almost half of the house. The height from the floor to the ridge beam is over 180 cm, which, combined with a slight roof pitch of 18 degrees, allows for functional and comfortable use.
It is illuminated by two opening roof windows 68×118 cm. The windows are installed with expanding tape, not with foam as in the past.
  • The construction of the house is based on branded Scandinavian C24 certified wood. It does not require impregnation.
  • SIP panels are used for external walls, partitions, mezzanine floors and roofs.
  • Insulation layer: EPS 80 – 15 cm
    Parameter U 0.23
  • The external surface of the building wall is covered with 10 cm thick polystyrene foam. The kit also includes mesh and glue. The only thing left for the customer to do is to choose and buy a plaster according to their preferences.

Our factory time spent on the prefabrication process significantly reduces the amount of work that needs to be done during the conventional house building method by over 70% and significantly reduces the cost of building a house, by up to 65%.

Control of the work of the external teams by the client is also made easier as each construction phase is clearly described in the instructions.

A very important factor is: reduction of work time – which is connected with constant increases in the salaries of teams, lower electricity consumption, less noise during work, reduced to a minimum amount of waste and costs associated with their removal, practical lack of drying time of materials during construction (work runs dry), no need to insulate the building after erecting the walls (SIP panels havę an EPS core of 15cm in them), reduction of costs and number of trips for the missing materials (everything is delivered at once) as well as reduction of the amount of unnecessarily purchased material, possibility of assembly at any time of the year and practically closing the whole investment with the furniture in less than a month from the beginning of works.

The set is composed of materials from renowned companies such as: Budmat, Swiss Krono, MTB Modules, Veka, Marcopol.

All elements were cut and numbered during the production phase.

For the time being the order execution time is up to 28 working days from the day of signing the contract. We start the realisation of the order with a deposit of 40% of the order value. Payment of the rest of the amount of 60% of the order value takes place within three days before the transport leaves our warehouse or before personal collection.

Transport

1

  • You don’t have to worry about transport. We will take care of the delivery of your order from our factory to any location in the world you specify.
  • If you purchase more than one model, we calculate the required loading space individually, taking into account one or more delivery addresses.
  • We take care of the customs process and do not charge for it.
  • Documentation matters before and during transport are organised with the help and involvement of our logistics department.
  • Whether by sea or by road, our logistics department will take care of all the procedures.
  • The transport cost is calculated individually for each order.
  • All material certificates, from the transport pallets to the smallest kit detail, are included in the order file.

2

  • Unloading the goods.
This stage is usually carried out by the customer or their installation team. The unloading date is usually known a few days before, so you can prepare for it.
  • When using external installation teams, we recommend unloading with their assistance.
  • The first thing to do when the transport arrives is to open the container and locate the transport pallet on which the windows are placed. On them is pinned a set of documents with instructions that will guide you through the entire process starting with: Health and Safety, unloading the goods, checking the quantity according to the order based on the attached packing list, the method of storage and the list of necessary tools. All these steps are marked step by step. In addition, we include online instructions with QR codes.
  • Manual unloading takes about four hours if three people are involved in the unloading.

3

  • The assembly of the house begins with the arrangement of the elements on the construction site. This stage, like all the previous ones and all the subsequent ones, is described in great detail in the online and paper instructions, which you can download in whole or in stages on the website.
You don’t have to worry about any connecting elements such as screws or mounting foam. These are included in the basic kit and the instructions tell us where they are until the final elements of the house are assembled.
  • The assembly time for the MTB ONE WHITE EPS basic set is approximately 12 working days. Experienced installation teams are able to complete the work in as little as 6 working days.
The upper limit of assembly time depends on many factors, such as: bad weather conditions, human factor, lack of haste and pedantry of assembly workers.
  • For a better approximation of the assembly costs, we will also mention the recommended number of people on site.
Usually three people work optimally on the construction of these three houses. One of these people is the main fitter, who manages the whole team and performs the most important tasks himself, the other two are people with average building knowledge.
  • The heaviest parts of the kit weigh 70 kg, so there is no need to use cranes and hoists unless local health and safety regulations stipulate otherwise (these stipulations are also listed in the manual).

KIT HOUSE from MTB Modules is a revolution in the construction market. We are a global supplier of houses that are assembled using assembly instructions. It is also a revolution in terms of cost and construction time. Do you know any other technology that will allow you to build a real and durable home in less than a week?

If you are interested in READY MADE houses, find them in our offer.

SIP homes use insulated wall and roof panels that are up to 15 times more airtight than traditional construction, resulting in more comfort and long-term durability. A new home built with structural insulated panels reduces air movement and drafts, moisture, noise and helps keep dust and allergens from penetrating.

No, SIP panels stand out among building materials not only for their durability, but also for their weight. Thanks to their optimal weight, no crane is needed to assemble the modular houses. The heaviest component from the set are the windows.

Structurally, MTB Modules buildings are equivalent to conventional buildings. Their life span and warranties are also similar. However, the overall quality of modular buildings is much higher due to the controlled manufacturing process.

The offer is just for you. We deliver our houses to private individuals, but also to significant developers who are fed up with traditional construction technology, which causes many problems and uncertainties.

The advantages of modular manufacturing are many, but a long-term partnership provides the opportunity to invest and jointly optimize the product in order to add value whilst lowering costs.

MTB Modules provides training and technical advisors to assist the general contractor to install the modules on site. We can also train the general contractor’s installation team at our factories, prior to delivery of the modules. In specific cases, MTB Modules can offer the entire structural installation of the modules onto the building.

The product is manufactured and assembled in Poland, Europe.

For some house models, the lead time is 24 hours. We often have houses ready for shipment in stock. Generally, we assume that the completion time is 22 – 60 days, which means that we deliver the house in less time than the setting of the concrete.

It is possible to produce 4,800 houses per month.

The modules can be placed on a sleeper wall system, a concrete podium, steel podium, or a ground floor slab.
For some of our KIT HOUSE house models, we offer prefabricated floor panels, which the investor installs on concrete piles prepared before installation. All dimensions and spacing of concrete piles are sent at the investor’s request.

80% – 90% of the construction is completed inside a factory, which mitigates the risk of weather delays, allowing projects to be completed in half the time of traditional construction.

You do not lose the warranty when you assemble the house yourself.

The KIT HOUSE assembly instructions are prepared very precisely, which minimizes errors during the work. If you have basic housework knowledge and a few people to help you, you can do it easily. We are at your disposal at every stage of the work.

All elements of the set have the necessary certificates, even the smallest screws. We only use materials from the best and well-known producers.

The warranty reaches up to 25 years for some components of the set.
The warranty period for individual elements is described in the offer of each house separately.

No Harmful Chemicals

The components used to make SIPs (foam, oriented strand board, and adhesive) meet some of the most stringent standards for indoor air quality. EPS foam uses pentane, a non-CFC blowing agent that dissipates shortly after projection. The foam cores have no off-gassing.

SIP walls can bear considerable vertical and horizontal loads with reduced internal studding. The load carried by the SIP is transferred to ground by the OSB skins, held in position by the fully bonded insulation core.

The sound resistance of a SIP wall depends on the thickness of the gypsum drywall applied, the exterior finish applied, and the thickness of the insulating foam core that is used. SIPs are especially effective at blocking high frequency noise, and most homeowners notice the quiet comfort of a SIP home.
